I'll rebuild your homepage.Free.

A real page — not a mockup — built on your actual brand, live at a link you can open on your phone. Before you pay me anything.

Five a month. That's genuinely all I can do — I build them in the two mornings a week I keep open, one per morning. If this month's are gone I'll tell you so and give you a date.

Get your free rebuild

Five questions, plus an optional phone number. You won't need to get on a call with me to get one.

  • A live link to your rebuilt homepage
  • A short teardown of what changed and why
  • It's yours to keep whether or not you reply

I reply within a day, and your rebuild lands within about a week.
Or if you'd rather just talk: book twenty minutes

You already know what's wrong.

You've been meaning to deal with the website. Maybe for a year. Maybe for five. Or there isn't one, and when somebody asks, you change the subject.

It isn't laziness. You're running the business. Nobody on your team wakes up thinking about the website, and the last person who touched it is long gone. So it sits there, quietly telling everyone who looks that you're smaller, older, or less serious than you actually are.

And here's the part nobody says out loud: getting a new one built doesn't fix it. Six months later it's stale again, because everything that stopped you the first time is still true. You still don't have time. There's still nobody whose job it is.

The site isn't the problem. The site going stale is.

So here's how this goes.

1

I rebuild your homepage. Free.

A real page you can open on your phone, built from your actual colors, your actual words, your actual work. If it isn't obviously better than what you've got, we're done and it cost you nothing.

2

We talk for thirty minutes.

That's most of your involvement in the entire project. You send photos whenever you get to them.

3

Fourteen days later it's live.

And you don't pay the build fee until it is — and until you've sent it to somebody.

4

Then it stays current. Permanently.

You text me. "New hours." "Add this service." "Take that photo down." It's done that day. No portal to log into, no ticket to file, no CMS to remember.

What the real thing includes

Only if you want it. The rebuild above is free either way.

The 14-Day Build
A full custom site, five to seven pages, built around how your business actually works rather than poured into a layout somebody else already used.
Copy, rewritten
Every word, in your voice, from one conversation. You don't write anything.
One-tap contact
Tap to call. Tap to text. A form that takes fifteen seconds and actually gets filled out, with an instant reply so nobody sits waiting.
Found everywhere
Built for Google from day one — local search, service pages, the technical work underneath, your Google Business Profile connected and tuned.
Readable by AI
Built so AI assistants and AI search answers can actually read your business and recommend it — see the Northwest Lighting result below. Try it on yourself: ask an AI who does what you do in your town, and see whether you come up. Agencies charge $1,500–$5,000 a month for this alone.
The care plan
Unlimited reasonable edits, answered within 48 hours — or that month is free. Hosting, domain, security, backups, uptime. A content and search refresh every quarter.
Ready to grow
Online booking, automatic follow-up, review requests, AI phone answering — all wired for in advance. Add them the month you need them. Never a rebuild.

$750 to build.
$250 a month after that.

For scale: a professionally built small-business website runs $3,000–$15,000 in 2026 — and starts going out of date the day it launches.

You don't pay the build fee until your site is live and you've sent it to someone. If we never get there, you pay nothing and you keep the free rebuild. And any edit request after launch is answered within 48 hours, or that month is free.

The price goes up as I go — the next three clients sign at the rate above, then it steps up. Whatever rate you sign at is yours for as long as you stay.

Who's building this

I spent fifteen years getting people to actually adopt new things. Now I do it for websites.

I'm CJ. I was a career educator before this, which mostly means I'm good at two things: figuring out what's actually blocking someone, and building a system they'll really use instead of one that looks impressive and then gets abandoned.

I'd rather show you client work than describe it, and I'd rather rebuild your homepage than talk about rebuilding homepages. So here's one that's live, and here's what happened after.

Northwest Lighting & Off-Road

Amber warning light installation for work trucks, out of Naperville. Built at nwupfit.com.

Two months later Alex ran a search himself to see whether it had worked. Someone types "amber warning lighting naperville" into Google — and Google's AI answer names his business first, links it, and describes his services accurately.

That's not a ranking I bought. It's what happens when the site is built so the AI can actually read it. Shared with his permission.

Google AI Mode answering the search 'amber warning lighting naperville' by naming Northwest Lighting & Off-Road first, with a link and a description of its fleet and off-road services.

I'm still early enough to be hungry about it, which is why the first ten clients get a founding rate in exchange for a testimonial and permission to show the work. You get the price; I get the proof.

The questions you're actually asking

What's the catch on the free rebuild?

There isn't one. You get a real page built on your actual brand, and it's yours to look at whether or not you ever reply. If most people who see theirs want the rest, that's the business model. If you don't, you got a free look at what's possible.

Won't an AI-built site look generic?

That's the right thing to be suspicious of, and it's exactly why you see yours before you pay anything. The design direction gets pulled out of your existing brand — your colors, your materials, the way you already talk about the work. There's a specific process for stripping out the tells that make AI work look like AI work. Judge the page in front of you, not the method.

How much of my time does this take?

About ninety minutes total, across the whole project. One conversation, one photo drop, one approval. That's the actual point — time is the thing you don't have, so the offer is built to take almost none of it.

Am I locked in?

Twelve months, and after month three you can take the exit: I train someone on your team to run the site themselves, hand over every login, and step back to on-call. You keep the site. That's about $2,000 all in and then you're done with me. It's written into the offer, not buried in the terms. You may never use it — it's there anyway.

Who actually owns it?

You do — all of it, not just the obvious parts. Domain, hosting, analytics and Google Business Profile are registered in your name from day one; I hold access, not title. Content and code are yours. And every lead, every form submission, every analytics record is yours too — exported to you on request and automatically if we ever part ways. You'd leave with a working website and your customer list. That last part is what people actually get trapped by, so it's in writing.

Why not just use Wix or Squarespace myself?

You can, and it costs less money and far more of you. The builder was never the hard part. The hard part is deciding what every page says, structuring it so you're findable, and then actually keeping it current for three years. You probably already have a login to a site you haven't touched in a while.

$250 a month adds up. Is it worth it?

It's $3,000 a year, against $3,000–$15,000 for a build alone that then starts going stale immediately. Optimization for AI search runs $1,500–$5,000 a month on its own and that's included here. If the site brings in one job a year that you'd otherwise have missed, most businesses are square.

I don't have good photos or content.

Nobody does. We launch with what you have — that's designed for — and improve them over time without a rebuild.

Let's just start with the free one.

Send me your website — or just your business name if there isn't one — and I'll rebuild your homepage and send you the link. You'll have it within about a week, and you keep it either way.
