Privacy

The short version: I collect what you send me, I use it to reply to you and build the thing you asked for, and I don't sell it or hand it to anyone who isn't helping me run this.

What I collect

When you fill out the form. A few questions about your business — its name, roughly where you are, your current website if you have one — and how to reach you. A phone number is optional. That's the whole thing.

When you visit this page. Standard measurement: which ad or link brought you here, roughly where you are at a city level, what kind of device you're on, and whether you reached the thank-you page. This runs through Google's advertising and analytics tools. It tells me whether my advertising is working. It doesn't tell me who you are.

What I use it for

• To reply to you, and to build the rebuild you asked for
• To know which ads bring people who actually want this, so I can stop paying for the ones that don't

That's it. Filling out the form does not put you on a mailing list. If I ever start one, I'll ask first.

Who else handles it

I'm one person, so a few services do the plumbing:

• Tally — runs the form and stores what you submit
• Google — advertising and conversion measurement
• Cloudflare — hosts this page
• Cal.com — only if you book a call

Each one sees only what it needs to do its job. None of them get a list from me to use for their own marketing.

What I don't do

• I don't sell your information. Not to anyone, at any price.
• I don't pass it to other businesses.
• I don't build advertising audiences out of people who contacted me.
• I don't send you things you didn't ask for.

Cookies

This page uses cookies from Google for advertising measurement — mostly to connect an ad click to a form submission, so I can tell whether the advertising is worth continuing. You can block them in your browser and this page will work exactly the same.

Having your information deleted

Email cjw@leadwithic.com and ask. I'll delete your submission and confirm when it's done. You don't need to give a reason, and there's no form to fill out.

And if I ever build you a website: everything about it is yours — the content, the code, the logins, and every lead it collects. That's how I work, not just something written on a privacy page.
