**The Living Website (paid offer)**
- $750 one-time build fee + $250/month care plan, 12-month term.
- Build fee is not payable until the site is live and the owner has sent it to someone.
- Includes: 5–7 page custom site; full sales copy rewrite; brand-derived design direction; tap-to-call, tap-to-text and a 3-field contact form; local SEO and schema; an agent-readable layer (llms.txt, structured data, semantic markup) so AI assistants can read and recommend the business; unlimited reasonable edits answered within 48 hours; hosting, domain, security, backups; quarterly content and search refresh; architecture pre-wired for booking, follow-up automation, review requests and AI phone answering.
